- When focusing on a healthy diet, stock your refrigerator with foods that are good for you, and avoid buying ones that are not nutritious. Make healthy meal choices daily, or maybe starting with one healthy meal each day.
- Set aside time each week to exercise. Start with once a week and work your way up to several times per week. Choose an exercise activity you enjoy and that is reasonable for you to accomplish each
